Family Support Services


The mission of Family Support Services is to provide traditional and innovative services to at-risk participants of CAEO programs. Advocate for their well-being and identify underlying issues that affect personal and academic success.


The goals of the Family Support Services division are to:

  1. Provide individual and family counseling, wrap-around services to The Center’s participants who are referred to FSS.
  2. Educate families through workshops, role modeling, mentoring, and referrals to resources to assist individuals and families in overcoming life’s challenges.
  3. Engage families in becoming actively involved in their child’s education, and their community.
  4. Collaborate with schools, community agencies, and other Center programs to meet the needs of the individual and the family.
