The Center for Academic Enrichment and Outreach and the Positive Shades of Black, Inc. (both 501 C3) have joined forces .As partners they will bring together students of various ethnic and social backgrounds ,encourage communities to work together to change negative conditions ,and prepare high school/college students with useable life skills.
